I didn't have great expectations for this product as it obviously is made-in-China junk, but even so, it managed to disappoint me.

The metal parts are poorly cast. Be prepared to use a hammer to beat them together! The real problem, though, was that one of the plastic 4-way connectors that holds the thing together was missing. I called STC's customer service and found that their sole customer service person (!) was going to be out of the office for the next week. The recording indicated she would be checking her email; I emailed but received no response. Called back on the date she was supposed to return, only to get the same recording. Two days later, on a Thursday, I got a live person (wow!) who said she could ship the part the following Monday. I explained that time was of essence. Company would be happy to overnight the part to me -- if I wished to pay $80!!!!!! I settled for the (supposed) Monday shipping.

The following Wednesday, the same woman called back to inquire as to which part I had needed for my COMPOSTER? Nope, I needed a part for a greenhouse, and you were supposed to ship it on MONDAY, remember? Obviously she didn't ... again, I tried to get the part overnighted, and was quoted the $80 fee.

I had ordered this greenhouse to set out by the road as a promotion for my nursery business. Since I couldn't use it in time for my sale, I bought another from a local store. Contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge on the STC product ... waiting for a carrier to pick it up. I'm sure that will be another joyful experience. *sigh*

Bottom line: shoddy product and very poor customer service!
