Each double-walled panel is 4mm thick and is pre-cut to exact size, and comes with aluminum or plastic strips to attach at each cut end to prevent bugs, dirt and other foreign objects from getting in between the two layers. Panels come with an ultraviolet (UV) resistant coating, and are warranted for 10 years (5 years against hail damage).

Your greenhouse must be installed on a firm, strong base. The optional steel base is perfect, and includes pegs which should be set in concrete (very important in wind areas). Or you may use a 4x6 (on edge) pressure-treated lumber base, or even a brick or poured concrete footing.

Cast joints and additional struts at the eaves and ridge provide extra strength. An additional 6 inches of height at ridge and eaves increases headroom and provides space for hanging plants.
